- זְלִיפָהf. (זָלַף) emptying from vessel to vessel. Ab. Zar.36a זְלִיפָתָן של … אוסרתן the fact that they pour (into their oil vessels) residues of unclean (of forbidden) vessels makes their oil forbidden.
